Fish & chips

This morning was awoken by my dad's loud & consistent knocking on my door. It was around 8am. He tot that my interview was at 9am. But it was 10 am. Arghh... Nevertheless, I got up to prepare. Wat a lousy recruit agency it was. Called me at 9am and asked me whether i was still looking for temp assignments. Of cos i am. She had totally forgotten abt our appt at 10 and tot i was a new applicant. And after i went down to the agency, they made me fill in a form and wait like hell. I had to keep approaching them.

She offered me a job with them which was to interview other new applicants. I told her i prefer backend jobs. And she tot that i live in JE which is of walking distance to her agency. What a dumb ass! Which idiot lives within like 2km of JTC Summit? Anyway, she negotiated with me abt the pay after tat. I told her my expected salary. She asked me for the minimum I would accept. Guess it was still too high for her cos she asked whether i would accept something lower. I said other agencies are offering me higher so i dun see the point of getting something lower than that. Anyhow, it ended with 'She would call me when she find a suitable job for me'. Oh welll... What the hell...

Popped by the library to borrow some books. Definitely need something to keep me occupied while I'm jobless. Otherwise, i'll be bored to death. Any other suggestions on how to pass time? Had fish & chips for dinner at West Coast with Beng. U gotta try this, people. It's really good. It's at the ayer rajah mkt to be exact. Cheap & yummy... Just imagine crispy fries with mayo & breaded fish, hot & delicious... hmmm... juz the tot of it makes me yearn for it again. I'm nv sick of it no matter how many times I have eaten that. Trust me on that, guys. My suggestions nv go wrong. When i say something is nice, it definitely is...
