Preparation for Presentation
Had rehearsals in sch today in prep of the presentation tmr. The presentation is mainly abt your presentation skills and not the contents. It was fun as we had the seminar room all to ourselves. Our presentation is gonna be videotapped tmr and we gotta critique on ourselves after tat. I bet it will be super funny looking at ourselves presenting..jpg)

I dun have one so I gotta borrow. Popped by my nanny's house to borrow one from my god sis after my run in the evening. She has so many in various sizes and colors. I only need a simple black one so I chose the one frm Warehouse. I spotted a MNG jacket but it's less formal. Haha... Otherwise I would have chosen that instead.
A cute maltese. Its bark is more fierce than its bite. It will bark very loudly when there are passerbys or strangers. However, it will go hide after U enter the house. Very funny... My god mom asked if I miss my dog. Yeah I miss Zavier...
Hungry and thus irritated boy. Hehe...

Changes
It's amazing how people change, for the better or for the worse. Yes, change is the only thing that is constant.Within these few months, I have witnessed how ppl who are close to me have evolved into somewhat different beings. I'm seriously amazed at how the "boys" who grew up with me are so concerned abt making money and even having business of their own. This means owning their own business at the age of 22. I have always tot that being a director or some big shot are some old balding man. But no, they have showed me that people our age are also capable of making it big. I am impressed!
(A pity I didn't take a pic of him in shirt and tie)Met Josh at JP yest for dinner and JQ for supper at West Coast yest. They are 2 of such ppl mentioned above. On the other hand, I have seen others degrading themselves and becoming more immature as they grew older. Weird huh? Some juz enjoy hanging out with kids and getting high with booze. If U r reading this, U jolly well noe that I'm talking abt U. So old and yet dunno how to think. Shameful on U!
Anyway, a separate note for J: I'm really glad that U r not injured or anything. Can always buy another car in future. These are juz material goods. Perhaps U might wanna get a check-up though. U sound too happy for such an accident. Haha...
Oops! Almost forgot that I have a test tmr morn. Hehe... (Waiting for JQ to pick me up now and we gonna drop by his office. I'm interested in how the co works. He's late as usual! Mayb have a quick dinner and I gotta go bk to look thru my notes for the test tmr)

Powerhouse
Met Jac for dinner since her tuition ended at 6 yest and she didn't wanna go back to change. I finally had a Raspberry cheesecake at Secret Recipe. (Been saying wanna have one of the cheesecakes since dining there with CW but nv got the chance to do so till yest). It literally melts in your mouth. Nice~
Josh came to join us at 9 plus. We headed to Powerhouse around 10 plus. Series of photos:
It was fun. Got picked up by a guy who looks to be around 40. His line was so cliche though. "I think that you are cute. Can I buy U a drink?" Of cos I'm cute to him lah cos he's so old. I told him no thanks as I was getting my drink already (was in the queue when he approached). He said the queue was long and offered me the glass of drink that he was holding. Yucks... I refused to drink frm the same glass as him. U nv noe wat disease this kind of ppl have. I always seem to attract the wrong attention lei...
After that, I danced with a gorgeous lady. She looks to be in her late 20s. And it's the first time I kissed a gal I think. Wahaha... Crazy things that I do after I get high! Not to mention the embarassing moment on the podium. So high when U looked down from there lah. Lucky it was all dark so I dun really give a damn. Juz enjoy man! It's all in the name of Fun. Haha...

Stupid CF class was cancelled at the last min this morn. Rem I said that the Prof would be away as his wife is gonna give birth? He said that it was only in case of emergency and tentatively there will still be lesson. So I struggled to get up this morn, bathed, took breakfast and everything. Then I saw Yingqi's sms saying that there's no CF class as the prof's wife has indeed given birth at 2.35am last nite. (He sent out the email at 8 something am. Could have sent it last nite lor. I even bothered to check whether there's any email after returning from clubbing last nite.)Kaoz... Made me wake up for nothing lor. I'm glad I haven't stepped out of the house. Thus, I went back to sleep...
Had a short chat with Jason yest b4 I left for my nite's out. He asked if I learnt anything from Pursuit of Happyness since I've been saying I wanna be happy. I told him "Yeah I'm truly happy nowadays". He was surprised to hear that as it's been such a long time that I sounded so cheerful. I said "To be happy" has become some sort of mantra or motto to me. Nobody cares whether U r upset or happy. So y not choose the latter? Dun make yourself suffer. It's juz not worth it...

Another packed weekend
Was at Queenstown Mac with a fren on Fri nite. Josh and CC came to join us later on. Then, I spent a lazy Saturday at home doing my stuffs and went Josh's house at nite for MJ. Sun was busy (totally forgot abt taking pics) entertaining the guests, playing MJ with my cousins and looking after my niece. Speaking of which, I was so angry with her. She actually fed my hamster paper! How would you like it if I fed u paper? My poor darling XX... Luckily, he was clever enough to bite strangers. I moved the cage to my mom's room and closed the door. The buffet wasn't too bad. Tasted better when it's fresh bah. The leftovers for my lunch and dinner today didn't taste as good.Went Cathy at nite to catch "The Pursuit of Happyness". The seats there are so much better than those at GVs. Very comfy and more leg space. I have not watched at Cathy for quite some time alr. Always watching at GV Vivo or PS. I think this show is really heart-warming. The son is truly adorable. Finally caught it after hearing so much favorable reviews from Korin and Yu Fen. He wanted to catch some action or horror show one. And we actually tot of doing a movie marathon. "The messenger" was showing around mid nite. But we didn't catch tat in the end and headed home instead. Guess we were really tired...
So tired that I didn't even go for SCM lecture this morn. Haha... Think it's so silly so sit through 3 group presentations. Emailed Prof Ang my assignment last nite alr.

Yet another Guess bag
Blogging in sch now. Having 2 hours break. My Corp Fin class for next Thur is cancelled! My prof gonna be away cos his wife is going into labor. Shiok... I have decided not to go for Biz Com in the afternoon as well. Means no sch for me on Thur :) However, there's gonna be a make-up class on either Wednesday or Sat which isn't so bad cos I'm going bk to sch on Wed for project and a test on Sat.
Yet another Guess bag. Cost abt 90 after discount. Hehe... Thanks, Mommy! There was a special "members only" preview sale at OG yest. It's one of the rare times she will buy things (esp so exp) for me. I got some other miscellaneous stuffs as well. I like the texture and material of this bag. Been eyeing it for awhile but of a different design. Think sling also quite good, convenient. I already know I'm gonna be bringing this when I go Genting.
I'm halfway thru my SCM individual assignment. Die die must complete tonite ah. I dun wan to spend my weekend slogging thru it. Oh yeah I will definitely go for a run later in the evening (oops didn't manage to run again due to the heavy downpour)and watch ep 19 of Prison Break...
Recently, I have turned into Aunt Agony again. Suddenly, ppl started pouring out their problems even though we might not have talked or seen each other in ages. Well, I'm honored to be able to offer 10-cents worth of advice. But I can only help ppl see the two sides of a coin. The ultimate decision still lies with them. And I'm beginning to see the past of me in them. Meaning I have gone thru wat these ppl are going thru now. Haiz... Really seem so old rite? So sad...
Quote for today: Take pride and cherish every little things. Yes, I mean very little. I have learnt to appreciate small small things over this period of time. Life would be so much easier and simpler. And u will feel more contented easily...
P/S: I'm accepted to the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I know I ought to be very happy about this. But none of my frenz is going with me. All 5 of them have gotten Korea instead. There's only this other guy called Nicholas who is accepted for HK as well. Who the hell is he? I noe I seriously need this time out for myself but I'm not sure if I could coped on my own in a foreign country. Sianzzz....

Eating, eating and more eating
Went sch yest for APB project. One car stopped beside me as I was walking up HSS and even honked me. I tot who the hell it was. Turned out to be Ding Sheng. After our project, he gave me a lift to the central lib (where I was meeting Josh) although it was such a short distance.
Josh and I went Clementi to have tang yuan. Sesame and Peanut...
Got a pleasant surprise when I got home. I have received CW's package all the way from NYC. I juz love receiving mails. Hehe... She has enclosed butterflies earrings (not very clear in the pic though) and Reese's choc. Thanks alot, CW! I love butterflies and chocs so much. Rem U have a date with me for GSS when u return in June. I have booked u alr. Muahaha... Didn't have time to read the letter as I was rushing to go into JB. However, I did have a good time lying on my bed last nite and reading it. My Cleo is here too!
It was raining very heavily as we drove into JB. We had dinner at the same Hong Kong restaurant at Holiday Plaza as before.
This time, Eugene had the cheese baked rice with fish fillet and orange juice while I had Nissin noodle with pork (I noe u guys must be wondering Y on earth did I order instant noodles at a restaurant. I like Nissin lei and it tasted delicious, esp the soup base. But I bet my hair will start dropping alot.) and hot chocolate. I was feeling so cold lah. Didn't bring my jacket or anything. Oh yeah, we had French toast too. Eugene can nv go w/o it each time we dine there.
Ordered ice-cream after our main course. Eugene ate the choc part cos I dun like choc ice-cream. I prefer vanilla.
Eugene's car was gleaming after the wash and polish. Shit... I've been wanting to go run these few days. But always didn't cos things juz crop up as I've been going out very often. Intended to run today but think there's no time as I'm going town with my mom soon. She's not working today. By the time I come back, it would be nite time alr. No time for my SCM individual assignment too. Die... I wanna get it done b4 the weekend. Sun sure no time cos we having a gathering and buffet for my relatives at my house. Gotta play host. Shall see wat I can do abt it...

I'm burnt. Sunburnt!
Was at Wala with Josh on Sat nite. So coincidentally saw Keith with his gf there as well. Anyway, we had a couple of drinks and some finger food. The serving of the plate of fries was really huge. But we managed to finish it. We even had prata near my place after tat. Dun u think we nv run out of topics to chat, Josh? Haa... We can really talk alot. I am growing fat with so many nites of supper etc. I seem to be on a binge. Haha...
Went to the beach on Sun morn and this explains my sunburnt.

Had laksa at Katong and headed home after tat. Went Woodlands (my cousin's place) in the evening for dinner.
After I got home, Jin Quan suggested tat we go for a drink but dun really have a place in mind. Joshua said he felt like singing so there we were at JE Kbox. My very first time at KTV k... Virgin lei. U guys should be honored. Lol... I'm all red not cos I drank. It's due to the bloody sun... (I think I'm getting better at taking photos with timer. See my placing on the TV rack so good. Looks as though someone helped us take one rite?)

Waited for him to finish his other project after my class ended at 6 since we take the same buses home. Only had like 3 to 4 hours of sleep the last few nites. Gonna nap now and catch my HK drama (today last episode) at 10 later...

300
Caught the movie "300" last nite. Not exactly my type of show cos it was mainly warfare. But it's still bearable lah. Plot is those typical war shows abt bravery and team spirit. And there's always the woman behind that successful man kind-of-shit. We were late for the show due to some unforeseen circumstances. Set off frm my place at 12.40 when the show was abt to start. We printed our tics at AXS machine of the Esso near my place first. Reached PS in 15mins flat. His driving was horrendous. I was clinging on for my dear life. I dun have the habit of putting on my seat belt. I could only rem zooming very close past many cars at very high speed. Didn't noe the turning towards PS has been changed to one-way street. I have already seen the "no entry" sign but he didn't. Hence, he turned a sharp left and to our horror, a cab was approaching our way. Luckily his reaction was quick otherwise I dare not imagine wat would have happened.We had dim-sum at Geylang after the movie. The soft shell crab is nice. But the meal is kinda costly. It's been a super long time since I was there. Didn't know tat there's a bridge leading to PIE(Tuas) now. So convenient...

My Louis Vuitton phone
How could I have forgotten to blog abt my LV phone the other day? I dun rem I ever own one. Haha... This fool here, Josh, actually tot that I got my phone frm Louis Vuitton. He was thinking along the line like the D&G phone of Motorola and prob Nokia has collaborated with LV. Damn... I should have played along and he wouldn't have found out. Lol... It's juz the theme of the phone, dude. I got Gucci too. Haha... Tot this phone is very common and you would have seen it elsewhere alr...
Anyway, it was pretty funny in FM class today. Nard (an exchange student frm Holland) said that a taxi driver told him that there's no need to look for prostitutes in S'pore. Cos S'porean gals love white bananas. Sterotype! I beg to differ though. I still prefer the original yellow. And thanks for jabbing me awake when I fell asleep in class. I seriously jumped up and Jason they all couldn't stop laughing. Anyway, Nard's blog is quite interesting. I like looking through all the pics of places he has travelled. Take a look when u have the time. I have linked him on my blog.
Going for my movie in awhile's time. Dunno wat show I'm watching, only noe it's 12.40am at PS. Let him do the booking again. I trust that it wouldn't be a lousy show. I seem to have turned into a movie buff these days. Haha... Will let u guys know more abt the movie the next time I blog...

Catching up
Went bk sch on Tue to do SCM project. First time I brought laptop to sch. Damn heavy lah. We were very productive despite only having 3 members present. Things are juz different when u have an honor year student in your group. Haha...Met up with Joshua today. So long nv sit down to talk alr. The last few times we only brushed past each other on the bus or at St James (Speaking of which, sorry for not going St James tonite, Jac. Think I wouldn't be able to wake up tmr if I drank tonite. Will catch up with u over the weekend or something). Let me see, we started chatting frm 3 plus to almost 8pm. Haha... Shifted frm the dessert store at my market to KFC at the stadium. We had so much things to talk abt frm our old sch mates in JSS to our present lives. Real interesting~ I wun forget how u wanna "park" with 'P' of the auto gear instead of reversing. Damn funny! Btw, send my congratulations to ur bro on his upcoming wedding. (I seriously hope he will change after that. But I highly doubt so lah. Haa...) It was great talking to u, Josh. We come out to chat again soon k? Mayb ask JQ and Kewen along too.
Gonna meet Keith in awhile's time. He said wanna go East Coast relax. Not a bad idea. Hehe... East Coast is always my fav haunt followed by Labrador and Changi V. I have so many things to do over this weekend - Executive summary, SCM individual assignment, SCM ppt and brief summary, Biz com's editing of final report and APB report. Sickening...

White Dog Cafe
I think I'm eating a lot nowadays. Had dinner yest at this cool eatery in Vivo called White Dog Cafe. Ordered Baked Mussels (appetizer), Carbonara (as usual), Salmon pizza and desserts for two. I ate most of the Carbonara (totally in love with the butter sauce, right down to the last sip), a piece of Salmon pizza, Mussel and cakes. What a waste that I was so engrossed in eating that I forgot to take pics of the first few dishes. Only managed to take a pic of the desserts:
Oreo cheese (the top one) and warm chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream (below). The warm choc cake was simply awesome. It literally melts in your mouth. The taste of hot and cold combined is oh-so-great! Initially I couldn't decide between the two cakes so he said ordered both lor. I tot he would help to eat lah (by tat I dun mean juz a few bites lei. Boo! =p). He said that he was too full so I ended up finishing both the cakes. Hehe... I give this cafe 2-thumbs up. Highly recommended by me. The seats are all sofa facing the view of the sea & Sentosa, plus their services are good. The pricing is rather reasonable too. The bill came up to around 50 bucks for so much food. I think Fish & Co is already around $50 for an appetiser, 2 main course but no desserts.
It takes so much for me to feel full recently. Dunno y... Guess my appetite juz got better. For instance, I was still feeling hungry today after eating a plate of fried rice with some meat and egg for lunch. But I dun feel my clothes getting tighter though. In fact, the skirt I wore today was almost falling off my hips. I rem I last wore it in Thai and it doesn't feel that loose then. My mom even noticed that the denim skirt was not unbuttoned or unzipped when she was washing it. Haha... Tat's because I didn't have to, I juz simply pulled it down with ease. Lol... It's so weird. I seem to get thinner as I ate more food. Is this a sign that I should eat lesser instead?
Anyway, we caught the movie "The Departed" after dinner yest. Overheard the ppl seated next to me said that it's a comeback after popular demand cos it won some award. Well, I'm not sure abt this, haven't been following the movies and he was the one who booked this show. It was a great show nevertheless. I enjoyed the day very much(also the games at arcade. Haha... Long long time since I stepped into one). Thanks! =) Took my mind off the stupid sch stuffs. Severely lack of sleep now though. I only slept for no more than 2 hours last nite. Kept nodding off in class (can't blame me, esp for Mon morn class. I think I fell into a deep sleep the other time such that I didn't even hear abt the individual assignment for SCM. Only knew abt it after the mid term break was over. Luckily it isn't due yet until 2 weeks later). Tmr gotta go sch for project some more. Argh... I need to cut back on my late nites. Turned into a panda alr. Somehow I juz tend up to sit in front of my comp till the wee hours. So unproductive too!
Have already expected to find/see it(them). But somehow I still felt both crestfallen and slightly-okay with it(them) at the same time when I stumbled upon it(them). *sigh* U dunno wat I'm talking abt also rite? Mixed feelings... I AM SO CONFUSED!

Mango goes Retro
Blur blur me forgot to bring my phone today. It was so troublesome lor as I was going town after my test and project. Luckily I discovered it while I was in the car when my dad gave me a lift to sch. Therefore, my dad passed me his hp (which is my old Samsung lah). Some of the crucial contacts are still inside. Heng ah...Shopping was fruitful. Loads of discounts and hence loads of purchases. Haha...
A pair of simple black heels at 10% off. I wanna discard one of my old pair alr... The shoe boxes are constantly piling up in my room but I juz can't control myself...
A few tops from Zara and Future State(50 & 20% at this shop as it was some post-CNY sale). This time I got something different. More retro and bold designs instead of my usual plain spagh.
Can't stand it, everywhere I go there're big sales of up to 70%. I was spending like there's no tmr. Furthermore, without any interruption from my phone, I definitely shopped to my heart's content. Got a ring for myself too (70% off). Retail therapy sure does wonders. I'm feeling better now. Had dinner at Ichiban Boshi again. Twice in a week. Seems like the ppl around me like Jap food alot. Went home rather early around 8 plus lest I spend more. Haha... Must save up if I wanna go on tat HK summer program :p
Tot I could have at least relaxed a bit after the tests are over. But no, APB and Biz Com are starting to take a toll on me. SOS please!

Busy Week
I wasn't supposed to update my blog until end of this week. I still haven't finish studying for my test on Sat. But I'm so bored with all the studying. So here I am... Had a long nap of abt 4 hours in the afternoon. Went M)phosis sale over the last weekend. I got a pair of sandals and a top. The theme was black.
Something different from my usual slippers or heels. Bloody cheap lor! Usual price was around 30 bucks and I got it for abt 9.50 only (70% off). But I think the staff made a mistake. It was supposed to be 50% off if I'm not wrong.
I like this turtle neck top. The polka dot cloth at the neck looks as though I was wearing a scarf. Also at 50% off. Ahh... The privileges of being gals. Haha...

Anyway, I saw Vincent (my JC ex) at Clementi this morning. My first thought was that this guy looks so familiar and he resembles Sam. Didn't call out to him as I wasn't sure if he was really Vincent. He called me on the hp after I boarded the bus. Apparently, he also had the same thought. He tot he saw me but wasn't sure if tat gal he saw was really me. Sure enough, we were on the phone and I looked out of the bus window to see him still standing at the bus stop. I was wrong abt him being in SIM. He's taking some therapy courses at NYP and poly are having their holidays alr! Hence, he was on the way to his fren's place to play MJ. So good... I still gotta mug -_-"

Haiz... Wat to do? I have always been such a tyrant since young. Lol... I dun like flirts to be my bf mah so must put them thru tests. Gals are entitled to many choices wat. U won't noe who is the one who can really withstand the hardship or go thru thick and thin with you. Oh, for those of u who dunno wat's my msn title display, I said that I want someone who will chase me till the end of the world. Got many responses for it. One said to put him on reserve list, another defended guys by asking why I must put them thru such pains. Other interesting comments include "Chase my ass" -_- and "The guy must have loads of stamina and able to run fast enough". Haha...
Are my expectations really that high? I dun think so lei. I am easy to please actually. U juz need to push the right buttons :)
