Today is the 1st of May, which is Labour day and it marks the start of my holiday as well. Nothing interesting today. I just stayed home and do up the blog some more. Many thanks to Yufen(again) and CK for their help towards my blog. Just met Jin Quan to pass him his army project (his printer is down and he needs it tmr). It's been such a long time since I saw him. His looks nv change much though. For those who do not know who JQ is, he is a fren of mine who's been in the same sch as me since primary to poly. Rem u owe me a treat the next time, dude. LOL...

Came across an article in the newpaper yesterday. It was about the bodies & figures of celebrities like Fiona Xia as well as this year's crowned Miss Singapore Universe. Does a person's figure matters so much? The paper also said that Singaporeans' women most concerned/annoying body part is the tummy. I fully agree with it. This applies for me as well. Fiona was said to have commented she is contented with what god has given her(of course she is). But I think everybody should be. There's such an irony where ppl complain they are fat but don't wish to exercise. Well, people are born lazy, god. So do make them more hardworking the next time.

The general election is on this period of time. Yu fen was complaining to me that it was noisy cos they were using the loud hailers under her flat. I find it quite interesting though. Last time I saw it was 5 years ago. Gotta wait another 5 years b4 i could possibly see it again cos this round my area is being 'walked over'.

There was another article in Straits Times on cruelty to animal. A maltese had to be castrated and one of its hind leg had to be cut off due to negligence of the groomer. He left the poor dog alone with a new drying machine and went to buy some food. The 11-month old dog had some complications because of the stupid machine. It had to be hospitalised and it could even be fatal. Now, it is hopping around with 3 legs. So poor thing. I would sue that idiotic groomer if it was my pet(and if i had the money). People, pls do not bring ur pet to that shop. It's somewhere in Hougang called "Pet C Kola". It just brings back memory of my Xiao Bai and Zavier. I would be so sad if that was my dog...
