Threaten = Inform

Fucked my agency early this morn. I called Irene and demanded an explanation for the shortfall in my pay. Inititially she said it could be due to CPF. I said impossible, i signed a form stating no CPF rem? (Pathetic small Pte Ltd co require tat) Both of us jolly well noe tat. And i continued 'Dun give me tat. CPF is 20% and the shortfall amt is not 20%'. I did my homework thoroughly, u see. She said has to wait for a/c dept to come in then she can find out and she'll get bk to me later. I asked her later is wat time? If I dun get a reply by today, then this will be my last day. She asked me back is this a threat? Haha... i was both sarcastic & sweet in a way. My reply: Oh no! I'm juz letting u noe (informing) tat i'll quit if i dun get my full pay. But is this mistake 'intentional' or pure carelessness? Tat was my priority. She called bk within 10 mins and said will transfer the shortfall into my a/c immediately. However, she did not give me an explanation as to why my a/c was credited with the wrong amt. Some more, she still dare to raise her voice at me.

FYI - The agency's name is JMC Employment Agency. It's located at Peninsula Plaza. Never ever approach them, ppl. For the record, this is not defamation/slander/libel. I got facts to support it (timesheets). Don't fool around with Linda or I'll make sure tat u come down. Hard.

Perhaps some of u might think tat i was rather harsh with them. But frm experience, I can tell u tat u got to stand firm when u go after ppl for money. I dun see anything wrong with going after my hard-earned money also. A credible and trustworthy company should not cheat clients even if it's not a big amt. Furthermore, it is my first payout and this kind of thing happened already. How can I go on to trust them?

Therefore, I'm on the lookout for other jobs again. If there is a good offer that comes by, i'll definitely jump boat...
