Waffle+Ice-cream=Gelare
Was in town yest with Steff. She's clearing her block leave the whole of this week. (Many DBS staffs are clearing by this month cos their financial year ends in April.) This gal is gonna buy a Honda Fit/Jazz which I feel is not a practical time to do so. I told her to wait till her licence is a year and COE might drop too. Her loan was not approved as she has been in DBS for only 3 to 4 months. But she juz can't wait lah. Put deposit alr. I'm rendered speechless... We didn't shop much. Her phone kept ringing cos of the car loan thingy. Therefore, we ended up in Gelare calculating her loan amt etc. We shared 1 large waffle at 1/2 price cos it was Tuesday yest. I had Cookies & Cream again while she had Soy Choc.
Josh's lect ended earlier than expected. Hence, we did not meet for dinner. Steff and I shopped around Paragon and Taka since we still had time to kill. (She's meeting her frenz at dinner time while my lesson is at 7pm.) Both of us got the angel eyeliner (pic above). It's been out of stock for a few months. I'm not supposed to be spending cos I'm saving up for the HK trip. Josh, U r held responsible! Lol... After tat, I accompanied her to shape her eyebrows at Browhaus. First time I see ppl do threading. Seems quite painful lei...
Went bk sch for CF make-up lect. Thanks for picking me up after sch and having dinner with me. I guess I was famished. We went Lab awhile too.
Paid the doc and dentist visits today. Doc said I should refrain frm running in the mean time cos of my stubborn cough which refuses to go away after such a long time. He gave me super strong cough syrup and antibiotics. It was interesting at the dentist. Chatted with an auntie there who was telling me about her children. Said they only studied till N'level and was often punished in Sec sch days. She will go "TMD how can cane my kids without reasonable reasons". Hokkien aunties quite funny. Haha... Quite hip too. The dentist (today was a female, the wife I think) didn't do a great job in polishing and scaling. But my teeth is definitely cleaner now. Costs of both visits today amount to 100 over dollars...
I need to get started on my Corp Fin assignment liao. Will be going Genting this long weekend so no time to do and study. Sianzzz...
