Change of agenda

First thing this morn I told my boss that today shall be my last day (although my agent said to work till tmr). He was abit taken back that I haven't resolved the pay issue with the agency. He asked "What if I ask U to stay?". Awww... so sweet rite? But I said I wouldn't unless something is being done to my pay. So he marched off to talk to the HR (rem that he had told them yest how much he wan me to stay?) Haha... Therefore, the HR called up my agency and said that the co would like me to stay on very much. My agent then called me and asked if I were willing to do so. She asked for my expected pay and checked back with the HR whether they are willing to pay me that amount. HR said Ok so I will continue working there lor.

Troublesome though. I need to drop by the agency again to sign a new contract so that the new rate of my pay applies from the very first day that I started work. Told her I'll go down this Fri since I need to pass her the timesheets anyway. Ok so all is well now. I still have a job and the pay is higher. I know there are bound to be people who are talking behind my back like how come the boss is so good to me etc. I dun really care abt what others think. I will stand up and fight for my own rights anytime. Sometimes U juz gotta show that U r not to be pushed around or bullied...

Fast... Another week is going to be over again soon. Tmr is Thur alr. Fri gonna attend some training on Excel (basically means slacking bah since temp staffs not really required to do much). Looking fwd to the late nite shopping with Carisse and cycling with Jason. And I'm not going work next Mon! Going sch for the pre-departure briefing on CUHK. This means that I got a super long weekend. Yippee!
