Packed week
Jason is gonna kill me for posting this pic. But U do look studious in this pic wat. Haha... We were passing our time in the comp lab on Tue while waiting for the Fidelity talk in the evening. It was held at SMU. First time I have been to SMU. Jason said he regret not applying for SMU instead cos it's so nice and in town area. Haa... Anyway, it was a stupid talk lor. Only 6 job openings for so many undergrads-gonna-be-graduates to fight over. Furthermore, 5 out of the 6 are based in HK. There's only 1 freaking position for S'pore. I guess most ppl went there for the buffet dinner. Perhaps I should content myself with juz an ordinary bank instead of looking at such reputable big organizations. *sigh*
Went to the temple on Wed morn with my parents for my grandma's death anniversary. My niece was there too. She has grown up so much! Very cute. But she sneezed right into my face when I carried her -_-"
Worked on Wed and Thur evening. The culture and environment at AXS are pretty good. Like the ppl there. They are a fun-loving bunch, not those dead serious abt work type. Bad thing is practically all of them smoke though. Haha... Got to noe another Jia Wei (aka Joel) there. 3rd Jia Wei liao lor. Ok, I noe Jay and Joshua must be saying they are different and unique lor. (How come Jason's chinese name is not Jia Wei too?) Haha... They are 3 of my close guys frenz. Someone pangseh during lunch today hor? Ahem... Lol. Anyway, thanks for the offer to send me bk after work, Joel. I think I can manage on my own. It's been quite some time since I sat on a bike, let alone a sports bike...
Juz got home from prata and watching Nanny Diaries at Vivo with KH. It's a good show. Links to my stage of life at this moment. I can really relate to it. Seeing Annie's mom in that show, I think I could somehow understand how my own mother feels. I suppose every parent wants the best for their children. Hmmm... I hope I won't disappoint her anymore. It's great talking to U, KH. We really have many things in common ;)
