Long Weekend

Finally, a long weekend for me. Been working the last few holidays since Hari Raya last year. And since they changed the policy to pay us one day's salary instead of giving us a day off in lieu, there's not much motivation to work on PH. Nv heard of a company feeling so rich, wanna give out $$ instead of time off rite? Haha... But given a choice, I rather have more leaves lah...

Was downloading songs for my MP3 and packing a bit of my luggage this morn. Went out for a short while in the afternoon, didn't tell my parents whether I wan dinner b4 I went out. Hence, they have went out and nobody was home when I came back. Means no dinner for me. Decided to go for a run. Now that my stamina has improved and I dun have to stop in the midst of my run, it's time for me to increase speed and distance. 3 rounds at the canal (4 rounds if I considered running to and fro the canal from my house. Haha...)

Been telling ppl (or mayb just him) that my aim is to be happy everyday. Prob this is everyone's aim as well. Anyway, it's been my biggest motivation these days. Dun wanna envy other couples or other pretty ladies out there anymore. I shall strive to be the best I can (at least in my own eyes) so that I won't live with regrets. First step towards this is learning how to be contented :)

Anyway, very few ppl noe about what has happened. Ppl who have no idea will ask as per normal and I will just play along. Numb and tired of explaining myself. Daddy knows the best. He saw other cars picking me up and kept the mahjong table today. He also asked me to return the shoe bag. I'm glad that there's no more restriction. I can finally breathe and live the life that I want. Diff ppl have been asking me to go running. One even suggested driving to East Coast to run for a different view. In the past, I would have welcomed the invitation and crave company. Right now, I simply enjoy running on my own and at my own pace...
